If you are having trouble with determining a reward here are some helpful guidelines. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS.
1. If the Job Request is to help you with a quest, you can multiply the lvl requirement of the quest by 300.
Example:
Helping Moppie Quest-Lvl requirement 30 users and above
So the reward would be: 30 x 300 = 9,000 mesos.
The reward for the Job Request could POSSIBLY be 9,000 mesos.
2. If the Job Request is for an equipment or a scroll or non-quest item state how much you are willing to pay for it if found. The max reward should be about 30% of the items average cost. The minimum reward should be 15% of the items average cost.
3. Escorting someone to a place max reward should be about 15,000 mesos depending on how far and dangerous the escort must be taken. The lowest reward is 0 mesos.
4. If it is a Job Request where the requester is being helped to find a rare Quest item or a rare nonquest item, the reward can go as follows:
0-5,000 mesos if no item is found
10%-50% of average price if item is found
5,000 mesos per hour spent searching for the item
