Thomas Newell "Doc" Baxter

The son of William Alexander Baxter & Elizabeth Mattews.

Thomas was born May 19, 1860 in TN. Died Feb. 15, 1886.
He married on Dec. 1, 1884 Mary Williams, daughter of
John Williams and Margaret Emeline Clark.
