This is a Mars colonization scenario for Civ2 Multiplayer (possibly other recent versions of Civ2, like Civ2 Gold would also work). It's a fairly complete modification to the ordinary rules, and it's been thoroughly playtested, but please inform me of any problems or bugs you encounter.
