BALI: Nancy arrived in Bali on June 9, whilst here she has attended many dinners and parties Below we have covered some of them. Nancy will return home July 4 after celebrating her 83rd birthday in Bali.
Nancy visits Buahan Village
Second week in Bali, Nancy paid a visit to Pak Made’s wife's village in Buahan, Bali. Buahan has a population of over 2000, most people are farmers and work in the paddy fields growing rice.
Pak Made’s wife's mother, John, Nancy, Ketut, Pak Made's wife's sister & baby and Wayan.
BALI Mon June 17: Our friend Clive’s Vila's celebrated their first anniversary. After an enjoyable brunch at GLOBE Café,  Nancy, Jamal & John motored 45 km up to Soca north of Tabenan Bali to attend the celebrations. The last few kilometres is a village road the scenery is fantastic. After entering the Vila’s grounds you are struck by the most amazing view. Immediately you feel the peace and tranquility of Vila’s Tenang. RIGHT -The Vila's entrance

Sunset from the Vila's
Clive and wife Wendy have designed the Vila's as a home away from home. The furnishings are tasteful whilst practical. No way do you feel you are in a stereotype hotel. Just the place to get away from it all.
