The Jo Bires Sprint Triathlon is a Non-Sanctioned short
course race held in the Foxcliff Community Neighborhood. 
It is held by members of the community in memory of Jo,
our friend, who lost her battle with cancer.
  2008 is the eleventh year for our race.  Each year we have
been able to increase our donation to the American Cancer
Society because of the generosity of the race volunteers and
participants. 
  Race Sponsors underwrite the cost of the T-Shirts given to
each race participant and volunteer.  Many businesses
donate goods to provide a fantastic party for the race
participants following the event.
