Christmas 2001
Updated 1/31/2002

Come and join us as we celebrate Christmas Eve at the Estrada residence!
Someone got a copy of  The Polar Express.   Not a bad start on a long list of Christmas presents for a certain almost 4-year-old.

Hunter explains the finer points of the dinosaur food chain process to his Dad.
Lisa and her ever present friend, Baxter.

Michael and Johanna pose for the requisite couples picture.
Hunter, surmising that the distribution of the gifts is starting to bog down, quickly grabs a microphone and announces that all presents for children under the age of four should be opened as quickly as possible.

That's more like it - wagons, Legos, and puzzles.  Now we're getting somewhere!
Of course, all the festivities can take a toll on some of the participants.

Meanwhile the ever patient hosts are starting to wonder, "Will these people ever go home?  We have more toys to assemble".
And thus, Hunter and an accompanying angel bid us Merry Christmas and good night.

On Christmas morning back in Grapevine, Lisa examines her stocking.
Christmas evening and it's time for the family photo by the fireplace.

Say, "cheese"
Of course, no Christmas get together is complete with the customary rearranging of the ornaments on the Christmas tree - for the thirty-fifth time.

Take a look at our family Christmas letter .
