JOINT CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT AND RELEASE FOR MODELS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS |

|
For, and in consideration of my voluntary participation in the group Reflecting Images, hereafter referred to as �RI�, I, the Photographer and/or Model, hereafter referred to as �the member� hereby give RI, RI�s legal representatives, those for whom or on whose behalf RI is acting and those acting with RI�s permission the right and permission to copyright, use, publish, display, sell and reproduce any drawings, photographic pictures, video images or audio taped materials of the member in which the member may be distorted in character or form and that such use may be in conjunction with the members own or any fictitious name and may be accompanied by any printed, spoken or implied material and that such may be in black and white or color and may have been made at RI�s studio or elsewhere and that
such may be for any eventual use whatsoever at the sole discretion of RI in return for which I the member shall be compensated as detailed under the Compensation clause below. The member further hereby waives any and all right to inspect or approve the use of any such material or it�s accompanying printed, spoken or implied material and agrees to release and save harmless against any and all liability whatsoever RI and anyone acting with RI�s permission from any legal or civil actions resulting from the use, publication, sale or
display of such material. The member further recognizes that it is their sole responsibility to record the names and contact information of RI artists/nude they work with, and to make arrangements to obtain/provide copies of any works produced as a result. |

| Compensation Clause |
|
|
|
|
|
| In fair exchange for the members participation RI hereby agrees to compensate the member, and the member agrees that the groups liability to compensation is fully exercised upon receipt of: 1. Full and equal and unrestricted rights to use, sell, display or otherwise dispose of a complete copy of any and all materials produced involving the members� image, voice or likeness. |
