In the style, school or movement, in jewelry making, of �Techno-Romantic� feelings, I found in myself a personal icon�with the look and feel of the Hispanic cultures��Day-of-the-Dead� imagery, and blending in the western modernism icon for commercialism, I came up with the frame work of an 11 � inch fashion doll�s bones, throw it onto a plate, mixed it with the garnish of marketing and served it up with love.

In every culture, girls, of all ages, need positive images to salute their braveries in life. Here, in a fit of whimsy, I construct the galactic goddess of purchasing, Gwen, surrounded by her Muses��faith, Hope and charity��emanating form the universal alligator god of time and money��Spendalot�. Will she be able to come forth with her sanity, in tact, or leave in need of more shopping therapy?

In the greatness of the galaxy, there is an ebb and flow of the universe. In this we become like the fish, moving with the currents, floating silently moving through life unfettered�then, what do we see, obsessions�we need them, we deserve them�we consume them�then�off in the stream of life once more.

This is my personal icon of the �self�. When reflecting about, life, love and the meaning of the universe�I found a reacquiring image�of myself, a portrait of my mind, without a body only form�thus finding a function for this form to follow was easy�my inner �ID�, my child was able to come out and dance and play with each person that came into the space��Play� found joy and merriment helping others laugh at themselves and I at me.
