| The Twinjet is a flying R/C futuristic jet fighter concept made by Multiplex of Germany. The Twinjet is powered by two speed 400 electric motors. Battery power can be any 8 cell nicad ranging from a 1700 to 2400mAh pack. The completed plane weighs 40 oz and has a wingspan of 36". The Twinjet is made entirely of EPP foam. This foam is very resistant to crash damage. Guidance is provide by a 3ch Hitec Focus AM radio. The Twinjet employs elevons which mix aileron and elevator functions in one. The Twinjet is very fast and highly manueverable. I finished it in a Russian Air Force camouflage color scheme since the planform is suggestive of recent designs coming from the former Soviet design bureaus. |
