Diabolo
1/3 scale Aerobatic airplane. This airplane owes its liniage to the Spinks Aeromaster and Akromaster. It was popular on the aerobatic circuit 20 years ago. The model was built from a PILOT kit imported from Japan. It has a 90" wingspan and weighs 19 lbs. It is powered by a Super Tigre 3250 glow engine with a 24oz fuel tank. The airplane is constructed of balsa and ply and covered with monokote. The color stripes are also monokote. The custom decals were made by Model Graphics in Texas. The cowl and wheel pants are from Fiberglass Specialties. Guidance is provided by a Futaba 9VHP radio. The plane will perform almost any aerobatic manuver in the book. The plane has no bad tendencies. Take offs and landings are a dream.
