8:00 AM            Sossaman/Hawes                 vs                    Highland Groves

I don’t see Highland Groves losing again after this week’s day after Christmas loss to Highland Ranch.  Even though their record shows that they are .500, they are a better team than that.  They had one bad game against Highland, but they are a good team.  I see them winning out, and obviously I see them winning this game.

 

9:00 AM            Highland Ranch                    vs                    Boulder Creek

This could be a very interesting game.  In some previous games this year, Boulder Creek has had issues playing well as a team and maximizing their talents.  If they can play well together as a team in this game with all of their talent, then I think that they could give Highland Ranch the best run for their money that they have seen this year.  However, I pick Highland Ranch to win in this one.

 

10:00 AM            Highland                                vs                    Eastridge

Highland has a lot of talent, and I think that it will be too much for Eastridge.  Highland has talent at more than one position, and I see them maximizing on that and winning this game.

 

11:00 AM            Meadows                                vs                    Monterey

Monterey has some good weapons.  Stacking them up against Meadows, I think that they may have a shot to win this game.  Trent L. looks to help Monterey inside and Andrew P. looks to lead this team at point guard.  However, if Meadows has all of the same players show up that did the day after Christmas, then I see them winning this game.
