| Another group I am a part of is that of a finance professional. I have worked in the fincance and investment community for the past 23 years. With that I belong to several industry trade groups such as the Treasury Management Association, the finance committee of the Securities Industry Association, the National Asociation of Securities Dealers financial operations principals round table and others. This is the career I have made for myself and what the majority of people I come in contact with associate me in. The steroetype most people have of my profession is we all know something that they don't. If it has to do with money then we must be an expert about it. I am asked all of the time about which way the stock is going to go or what our interest rates going to do. Of all of my cultural groups this is ranked at the bottom. |
