| Rufus was made from a cutout of a 4x4x8 inch
block of basswood. It was band sawed from the classic Rufus
front and side patterns blown up to 8 inches. It is finished in oil, coated with an antiquing
solution, and sealed with Deft Wood Sealer, three coats, bagged between
coats. Clothes, face and hair was wood burned
for better definition.
