This wolf was carved from a band sawed basswood block. Mounted on a walnut base. The eye was carved round, painted and coated with three coats of clear finger nail polish. The fir is burned 100%. It is finished in oils, covered with an antiquing solution, and finished with three coats of Deft Wood Sealer, bagged between coats.
