RESEARCH INTERESTS
I have broad interests in the use of media for communication, educational and social purposes. I am particularly interested in the effects of interactivity and the emergence of new forms of communication via the Internet and World Wide Web. I am also interested in researching the use of media for educational purposes.
CURRENT RESEARCH
I am currently researching the effects of animation and interactivity on Web-based advertising. My thesis looked specifically at recall, recognition and click-through data resulting from manipulation of animation and user control conditions.
