Invitation Ideas
- Be sure to get names and addresses from the bride-to-be so as not to forget anyone
- Be sure to indicate who the party is for (especially since you may not know everyone that you are inviting)
- Send out invitations at least two weeks in advance
- Include RSVP if you plan to make reservations at any resturants or bars (probably handy to know how many people are coming, even if you aren't making reservations)
- Indicate what, if anything, guests should bring (e.g. gifts, money, etc.)
- Give clear directions on when and where to meet
- If you are are inviting some guests that are underage, you might want to include (and indicate that there will be) activities for all ages.
- Have fun! Kinkos and most stores that cary computer paper have a wide assortment of fun paper/envelope designs
