Auric Goldfinger is smuggling gold in and out of England, Bond is sent to Miami to find out more. He colludes with Jill Masterson, one of Goldfingers lady friends who helps him to cheat at cards, but Bond assures that Goldfinger wont win this game. As a warning Goldfinger has jill murdered-skin suffocation by being painted head to toe in gold paint by Oddjob. Later back in England Bond poses as a dealer who has access to Nazi Gold and offers to play Goldfinger at golf. Goldfinger loses, much to his humiliation, and warns Bond once more not to meddle in his affairs by having Oddjob show the uses of a bowler hat. Bond unbothered by these threats follows Goldfinger to his HQ in Switzerland where he encounters Tilly Masterson, Jills sister who is there to get revenge. Oddjob strikes again by killing Tilly. Bond is caught and is taken back to Goldfingers private stud in Kentucky. There Bond learns of Golfingers plot-to radiate the gold stocks of Fort Knox, rendering them useless, thus making his fortune much more valuable. Bond seduces Pussy Galore who is Goldfingers personal pilot, thus bringing her on to Bonds side. She tells the U.S government of the plan and they await the attack. Inside Fort Knox in the secure vault after a big battle with U.s troops, who soon came round, and Goldfingers men, Oddjob and Bond are left to duel. Bond gets the better of Oddjob and manages to stop the bomb just in time. Goldfinger thinks he has got away with it in an aeroplane but Bond tracks him down and has him killed too.
