Klebb works at SPECTRE, as no 3. She is given the task to use Tatiana and Bond to capture the Lektor and then have Bond killed. But Klebb meets her end by being killed by Tatiana when she actually swaps sides and helps the British, much to Bonds relief.
He escaped from Dartmoor prison and joined SPECTRE to find a use for his skills in assassanation. His job was to kill Bond and Tatiana above the Orient Express, then return with the stolen Lektor. Once in the carriage he is made to reveal his identity and threatens to kill Bond. But he makes the mistake of opening Bonds attache case which sprays out tear gas. Bond takes over and strangles Grant with his own piano wire watch.
