| The last great achievement was getting the metro into the garage! We pulled it with the Jeep FC seenon the homepage. This accomplishment involved taking off a wheel in order to unlock the brakes on that wheel. That,of course, involved grinding off two of the lug nuts, which were rusted onto the studs. Anyway, the van finally made its way into the garage, where I took a couple of before pictures. |

| I had to change the ignition switch because the key was missing from the original. The wiring under that dash is a mess and I hope I can figure it out! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The most recent development is the chrome on my hubcaps. My dad only had one original hubcap, so I got four of these on ebay. Look how nice they shined up with some steel wool! After forty years, and with rust on them, these hubcaps came out looking real nice! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
