| Brad has done many presentations, seminars, workshops, inservices and key note presentations. The topics for these presentations have been in his specialty which is child, adolescent and family mental health. Most have been done in relationship with the public school system and have focused on working with children with severe behavioral problems (e.g. emotionally handicapped, behavior disordered, autism spectrum, mentally/physically impaired, learning disabled, etc.). Key note presentations have included the above topics as well as using mountain/rock climbing as a metaphor to create inspiration. Also, much has been done in the corporate team building and motivation realm utilizing an adventure based, experiential approach. Presentations have been conducted for students and adults. They have been as small as 10 participants and as large as 400. Brad has presented for state wide and national conferences, as well as small and large school districts. Most are done in an experiential manner with an emphasis on audience participation.
