BeNay, the elephant must be pretty big for all of us to fit on top!
We are headed for the river, unless BeNay finds a yummy snack in the bushes.
BeNay and BeNoy get a healthy snack after all their work.  Brad looks a little tenative near their food...for good reason!
At the MaeNatering village primary school, Jen listens as the kids practice their english.
The kids showed us Thai game which turned out to be London Bridges.  It ends with a game of tug-o-war.  When Jen and Brad played, Brad's team won the tug!
Jen play Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes with the kids.  They already knew this one.  Later we taught them Simon Says and they picked it up real quick!
This was the only class at this small village school that taught english.  It was because the teacher had an interest.  The other teachers are more intimidated by trying to teach their kids english.  The kids we visited only know 5 or 6 memorized phrases.  But it was a start!  We had a great day and felt priviliged to be there.   The Monday we left, we brought them some school supplies like, pens, pencils, paper, glue, crayons, etc.  The teacher was gracious and invited us back.  You never know......
