| When we ship fish you call or email us your order. What we do is prepare the fish to be shipped. we feed them and make sure they eat. Then we put the fish in a bag with tank water that it was living in. Then we get a styrofoam box and a cardboard box. The cardboard box is about 1cm bigger than the styrofoam box so the styrofoam fits snugly inside the cardboard. then we ship it to you. The bag is inside of the styrofoam because the stryofoam prevents any sudden water temperature changes. Then you get your fish nice and healthy. We also feed the fish inside the bag and let some food float to the bottom so the fish can eat during shipping. |
