The photo below shows the red 3 3/4" squares quartered
Sew 24 blue triangles to 24 of your red triangles as shown below,
being sure to press towards the RED
Chain-piecing speeds up the process
Sew 24 WOW triangles to 24 red triangles in same manner, again,
Press towards the RED
Take these 2 units and sew your 24 quarter-square units as below:
The seams offset to lock nicely because they were all
pressed to the RED
Press and measure to make sure these units are 3" square.
And for Pete's sake, CUT OFF THOSE DOG EARS!!!!
Lay out your remaining 3" squares 9-patch style as shown below
Now sew the units in rows, pressing towards the solid squares,
finally sewing the 3 rows together
Congratulations! You've finished ONE set (6 blocks)
