LOOK! It's a different type of cacti! I believe this is the ever popular Prickly Pear cacti. The pink you see on the tops of the pads on this one ARE flower buds which haven't quite opened. You can see a couple of yellow flowers trying to open, but the following pictures show some which are fully opened. Some in yellow, and some in hot pink!
