Ronetta Scott and Jo Ann Perry, sitting by our class banner in the Alumni Bleachers at the Burbank Burroughs Football game in October 2002. Burroughs beat those Bulldogs!

I was real fortunate to have the company of these two great girls. I would have a picture of me sitting between them keeping warm but my wife might see it. It was great being able to visit and have this date as when in Burroughs the girls go out with older boys as thought we were immature. Ronetta learned to play the piano while in school. She took lessons from Dwight Martin's wife and paid for it by babysitting their kids. She learned to play the accordian also. Ronetta recently sold her house in Sunland to her daughter and son in law. She is looking to buy a condo in Valencia and still loves her office job. She has a condo on the Colorado River in Laughlin and really enjoys going there. Her husband passed away but she has 6 children that all get along well and they still go boating on Lake Mojave and the River. She said they took their boat down the river through Topack Gorge into Lake Havasu and over to London Bridge. We have done the same trip and I mentioned all the girls on the back of boats in bikinis parading under the London Bridge. I said that Ronetta and Jo Ann should where their bikinis and do it and they said maybe topless - I would love to see this! Jo Ann Perry's husband passed away in 1980. She has a Mobile Home in Mission Hills but is planning on selling it and moving in with her aunt in her old homestead on Sparks Street. She then will be neighbors with Eugenie Mc Carthy who is living up the street with her Mom. This is just like the days in Burroughs for her. Jo Ann retired this year from her office job. It was a shock loosing her husband but she is making the best life and has a great outlook. She enjoys e mail and sends me a lot of great forwards. Bought a new car in 2000 and has taken a few trips. She visited her brother in Oregon in Sept. for a few weeks.
