| Thirteen of our classmates came to Bobs for lunch today, 6-11-2002. We had a good time. David Berndt came and that was great. I didn't know him in school but he knew Jay Wanamaker well. David was an engineer for Rockwell and then Lockheed and now retired. He lost his wife about 2 yrs. ago and they have 3 daughters. One daughter is a teacher at Jordan, another daughter a teacher at Burroughs and he has a granddaughter at Burroughs in 9 th. grade. Walt and Dell have a granddaughter at Burroughs as well as Neva Jo Jordan. Those that came were Jo Anne Perry, Eugene Mc Carthy, Walt and Dell Lilly, Richard Mac Donald, David Berndt, Don and Carrol Gordon Cluck, Neva Jo Jordan, Doug Kelly, and Vernon and Juanita Ross and Denny Grossman. We talked and now plan to have a dinner every other month, 2nd. Tues, 7 p.m. at Coral Cafe. (They have a room in back) which will be the even month with first dinner Tues. Aug. 13th. at 7 p.m. at Coral Cafe on Burbank Blvd. between Buena Vista and Hollywood Way, North side of street. I will send out a reminder ahead of time.
