The 2004 season brings a fresh challenge to the nacogdoches dragon football team. the newly formed 17-4a district is one rich in football history and one of the best in texas. the perennial powerhouse kilgore bulldogs, the scrappy hallsville bobcats, the up and coming marshall mavericks and the pine tree pirates join the Dragons, Jacksonville indians, whitehouse wildcats and the henderson lions in an exciting new east texas district.
