I started in Collies with my first tri rough bitch (girl), Missy, in 1968. It was at that time I fell in love with the Collie as well as showing. I started showing, (or having my dogs shown) seriously in 1981 with my first Champion bitch, Tracy. After that came many more Champions. In 1997 I bred, showed and in 1999 finished my first Champion, a smooth tri dog, Fred. In 1998 I bred and showed a rough sable dog, Jason to his Championship in 2003. In 2000, after the sudden loss of my precious pet Darby, I ventured into the world of Shetland Sheepdogs too.
We are currently located in Northern California. I continue to show my own dogs, as well as puppy socialization and handling for other people. |
