Notes:

- There is a thud during crowd noise after  Jimi Thing
  sounded like a PA problem or something hitting stand.

- There was a cut between Too Much and intoo Billies.  The
  cut was ~37 seconds.  A second DAT from a different source
  (although they sound sonically the same) was used to
  splice in this missing audio.  It is seamlessly done.

- A portion of the encore break was cut, soo a fade out/in
  was inserted.
