| Joe strummer was one of the most talented songwriters of his generation. He was the singer/songerwiriter and guitarist for the British punk rock band the clash. Then in 1989 Joe disbanded the Clash and when on to do some respectable soundtrack work for the movies Walker, Straight to hell, Fiver strong tracks for Permanet Record and he also had done the theme song for the movie Sid & Nancy. Joe was a real inspiration leader and someone who seemed to never get tired of listening to people talk. He had a true compassion for people he would meet. |
