Iaidoka Master
Iaido is the martial art of drawing a weapon (almost always the katana) and attacking with it in one fluid motion. The art also focuses on attacking with the weapon even if you appear to be unprepared. It is the foundation of dueling in Seiryu and its masters are feared and respected throughout E'yane. Iaidoka masters can perform lightning quick strikes that possess surgical precision.
Iaidoka masters are almost always members of the samurai character class. NPC iaidoka masters serve as teachers to only the finest students.

Requirements
To qualify to become an iaidoka master, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Alignment: Any lawful.
Base Attack Bonus: +6
Skills: Concentration 9 ranks.
Feats: Improved Initiative, Quick Draw, Weapon Focus (bastard sword).

Class Skills
The iaidoka master's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Jump (Str), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), and Tumble (Dex). See Chapter 4: Skills in the Player's Handbook for skill descriptions.
Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier.

Class Features
The following are class features of the iaidoka master.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Iaidoka masters gain no weapon or armor proficiencies.
Weapon Finesse (Ex): At 1st level, an iaidoka master gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat. He may use this feat with the katana, though the feat does not normally apply to it.
Iaidoka Focus (Ex): At 1st level, an iaidoka master gains a bonus to his Concentration skill checks equal to his Charisma modifier (if any).
Canny Defense (Ex): When wearing light or no armor, the iaidoka master adds 1 point of Intelligence bonus (if any) per iaidoka master class level to his Dexterity bonus to modify Armor Class while wielding a melee weapon. For instance, a 2nd-level iaidoka master with an Intelligence score of 16 (+3 bonus) can add +2 to her Armor Class. If an iaidoka master is caught flat-footed or otherwise denied her Dexterity bonus, she also loses this bonus.
Lightning Blade (Ex): An iaidoka master of 2nd level or higher adds his Charisma modifier (if any) to his initiative checks, as well as his Dexterity modifier. An iaidoka master cannot use this ability when wearing medium or heavy armor or when carrying a medium or heavy load.
Strike From Nothingness (Ex): An iaidoka master of 5th level or higher adds his Charisma modifier to damage rolls made with the katana. Targets immune to sneak attacks or critical hits are immune to the iaidoka master's strike from nothingness. An iaidoka master cannot use this ability when wearing medium or heavy armor or when carrying a medium or heavy load.
One Strike, Two Cuts (Ex): At 8th level, an iaidoka master can make two attacks with a katana as a standard action. This means he can strike twice and move in the same round, or attack twice during a surprise round. An iaidoka master cannot use this ability when wearing medium or heavy armor or when carrying a medium or heavy load.
Strike Without Thought (Ex): If an iaidoka master of 10th level begins combat while threatening an opponent, he gains a free surprise round, even if his opponents are aware of his presence. The only action the iaidoka master can take in this surprise round is an attack action using a katana. For example, the iaidoka master Byakko Kenshin and Soubi are standing on a street hurling insults at each other and the situation erupts into combat. Kenshin can attack with his katana before Soubi even rolls initiative, catching his opponent flat-footed. An iaidoka master cannot use this ability when wearing medium or heavy armor or when carrying a medium or heavy load.
