Baker's Own "Secret" Brews
"Bear Ass Ale": Follow a basic American Pale Ale recipe but add about one half pound of roasted amber malts in the primary boil.


"Harmony Ale": To a good amber ale brew add 1 can of Dole Pineapple-Orange juice frozen concentrate and about one half ounce pineapple extract flavoring to the wort after boiling and before placing in primary fermenter. 

"Rock Dog Intense Ale" Brew an American Brown ale and add 2 quarts of fresh blackberrys to the wort after boiling.  Place 3-6 whole Nutmeg pods in primary fermenter.

"Micro-bus Micro-brew":  Borrow a greenish "bud" from a hippy friend (because we all know YOU don't have one!) and put it into the primary fermenter.  I know this sounds strange, but it adds a very "earthy" interesting flavor.
