The turtles were differntiated by their coloured eye masks: Donatelo (purple), Michaelangelo (orange), Leonardo (blue) and Raphael (red). Splinter (the rat) was their master and taught them ninjitsu (how very far fetched). There was also of course April O'Neil a Channel 6 News Reporter who seemed to have a fetish for the lil green fellas!
My favourite extras though (other than Rocksteady and BeeBop) were Casey O Jones (who was also in the film) and Yosagio Yimbo(sp?) a samurai rabbit, who I think had his own game on the commodor(?) or another old game console.
First aired 1987, was based on the highly successful Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles Comic Book.
