Tony Robinson is the Sheriff of Nottingham with his henchmen Gary and Graeme. Marian is the 'main man' of the group and is brave and headstrong unlike the wimpy Robin. Barrington (Danny John-Jules) is the rasafarian member of The Merry Men amongst other great characters including Little Ron.
The Merry Men are a resistance group against the evil King John.
One of the greatest songs is Pancake Day (although theres also one called Father Bloopy which is quite cool!) Pancake Day became cause for one of my nicknames (Pancake Jane) because I rediscovered the song... which the Strange Luke soon found he had on video... WOW! :oD
