Kiros is a quick fighter who follows Laguna's judgement. His weapons are the Hand Blades.
Laguna is a part time writer and full-time romantic. He is not a soldier nor a leader at heart but always seems to take these roles. He travels with his best buddies Kiros and Ward and they pave the way for Squall unknowingly. His weapon is the Machine Gun.
Ward has no aspirations for himself and instead encourages Laguna to lead.
