A long awaited trip (after talking about it for 2 years?) to Indiana to visit my cousin and his kids! There is Abby, Alex and Adelyn. I hope they are playful and not brats! I'll update more here later. Ciao.
I will fly United with my mileage points. I just paid $10 online for the tax voucher. I'll be flying to Denver and then to IND. I hope to see Kris there too since he will be performing around that area. It will be some good family reunion. Get out of the bay area for a bit.
Waited 3 hours for my layover from Den to IND. It was 65 miles from IND to West Lafayette. Weather was 40-50s. I brought my brown coat with me. I missed the kids when I arrived around 11pm. I had some lasagna and cheesecake and then slept in a sleeping bag around 1am. In the morning, I heard the kids waking up jumping up and down. We had croissants in the morning, the boy gets ready first, then abby, then addy. We were gonna go to Scotty's to eat lunch but ended up eating at Panera bread. Then we went to Spring Fest at the Purdue campus. Saw some insect displays and then went home b/c the kids needed to sleep.
Then the aunt, uncle, cousin and I went to those big plaza malls: Walmart, Gordmans. Nothing I saw that I liked.
We went home to eat grilled pork chop, baked potato, played on the swings, ate birthday cake for dessert.
Watched tv, gave bellie rubs :), then the kids went to bed.
Woke up in the morning and the kids didn't want to go school! We went to Alex's school and he left us immediately after we dropped him off. I was so unlike him. I cried when my grandma left me when she dropped me off in kindergarten. LOL.

saw Kris at the airport; he spent time with me for 2 hours. we just saw at a starbucks to chat. he bought some snacks: italian polish inside bread?
then i was stuck in den for 4 hours due to full flights and rainstorms in the east coast.
Indiana: I haven't been back in 7 years! Probably wont come back for a while unless I see the kids. They are too cute.
