Powell High School enjoys a great tradition of excellence in all aspects of student endeavor. Our bands build upon that tradition, ever striving to reach higher levels of achievement. Our goal is for each student musician to reach performance levels that will allow life long opportunities for musical expression.
It is the responsibility of every musician to persist in the pursuit of personal performance skills and also to foster the talents of younger musicians so that they may be prepared to fill the positions we hold at present, thus assuring our musical legacy will endure forever.
