| CONFERENCE CALLS ARE AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR US TO STAY CONNECTED AND GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO QUALIFY FOR JANET'S JAZZY GEM LEADER CONFERENCE CALLS!! These calls are held once a month. We focus on how to become an effective leader and how to lead our team to success! To qualify, you must be a Unit Manager under the new career path. You just need 2 recruits to qualify as a UM1!! ~~~~~~~~~ SMT (Second Monday Training) This call is open to all consultants and potential consulants as well!! Each month we will have a different leader performing the training. The material used will be the same as the Second Saturday Training that is given in every showroom each month! |

| I know it�s been such a long time since I�ve done a newsletter and I�m sorry for those of you who actually enjoy them and read them. I am on an airplane home. As you all know I am NEVER home and it seems that I am flying somewhere every month. This trip was a very exciting yet an emotional one.
As most of you know my daughter Jennifer has been searching for the perfect dancing career. She has auditioned for Disney a few times and has found it very difficult to get in. Disney is her most favorite place on earth and she has decided that Disney is where she wants to be. So out of the blue she decided to move to FL to get a job with Disney. She figures if she just moves to Orlando and gets a regular job at one of the parks she will be able to audition as much as she wants, plus it will be closer and more cost effective if she wants to do any auditions on the east coast. I told her if this is what she wants that she will need to schedule an interview and find a place to live. Being the incentive person that I am, I bought her a one way ticket leaving on Sept. 19th. Within a week she had scheduled an interview, which was planned around an audition, and found a roommate and a place to live! MAN, AM I PROUD OF HER! I had a free airline ticket (because of all of my travels this year) so I booked my flight to go with her. I was able to work my magic with Priceline and got a great deal on a Sheraton hotel at $40 a night and rented a car for only $11 a day! I was able to find her a bed through a motel at $40, plus they delivered it too!! WOO HOO! I helped getting her set up with bath towels, shower curtain, and basic supplies, along with cleaning her bedroom windows that were filled with uckie FL bugs! She went to her interview and the recruiter didn�t want to hire her because she doesn�t have her own transportation, but Jenn told her of her dream to work for Disney and the woman couldn�t say no. She was able to find a full time position at a cute store in Epcot. We were able to check it out yesterday while visiting the park, (thanks to Jenn�s friend and my clee consultant Melissa for getting us FREE admission!! She works for Disney as well!) Now that Jenn has her foot in the door I just know things will be easier. We met Jenn�s roommate and actually saw her only once, but I just know she is so perfect for Jenn! Please keep my little ballerina princess in your thoughts and prayers, she is going to need it. Leaving her today was so emotional and as I drove away I was crying and I could tell she was too. I am so proud of her for following her dreams and making them come true. I must say she has a great role model when it comes to that. |

| Just between you and me... There are so many new things coming our way! You will get the scoop once you read your Cookie Connection and as always, by reading the weekly updates on the Cookie Lee site! PLEASE take the time!!! I'm not going to list them here since ALL of the info will be available to you. My newsletter is intended to keep us connected and to share all of our accomplishments. As we move into the New Year we will begin a new career path! This new plan assures us that if we work our business deep and wide we will succeed! We have the opportunity to make a LOT of money and become financially stable! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! |

| ARE YOU SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? DO YOU WANT TO GROW AS A LEADER? If you answer yes to these questions then it is imperative that you attend all of our conference calls! The more we stay connected the stronger we all become. My vision for our team has always been to stay connected and strong! To have a team who always follows the golden rule and runs his/her business with integrity. My goal for Janet�s Jazzy Gems is to build strong leaders whose joy is helping others to find their own confidence to succeed! My intent is to develop leaders, who take ownership in their own business, who learn the rules, and who play the game to win while having FUN! You MOST DEFINITELY ROCK if you are a Jazzy Gem!!! **Please take a moment to mark on your calendars the dates and times of our conference calls.** 1st Monday of the month � Jazzy Gem Leader call (invitation only, UM1 and above) 2nd Monday of the month � SMT Each month will have a different trainer. Even if you have a chance to attend SST at a showroom it is SO important that you join us. This way you stay connected with our team and learn all of our ideas and tips as we brainstorm together! You can also share what you learned at the showroom SST! 3rd week of the month - I encourage you to hold your own meeting or share with another consultant. 4th Monday of the month - Janet�s Jazzy Gem team meeting. This meeting will consist of different learning tools other than the material that we receive for unit meetings. I am excited about this meeting! I want to cover all of your questions and concerns during this meeting. Some of the learning tools we will be covering include: � Learning the New Career Path. � Learning to Quick Start to Success. I encourage you to email me your continued questions and concerns, so that I know what is most important to train on. |
| I would like to share my up coming schedule of events with you. I usually have internet access, but while I�m away I am usually a busy bee, so returning your emails may take longer. JANET�S SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. Sept. 19-23: Orlando, FL Moving Jenn to the Happiest Place on Earth! Sept. 24: Portland Showroom run. Let me know if you need me to pick up for you. Sept. 26: Top Leadership Conf. Call. I should be sending out any important info from the meeting. Sept. 27-30/Oct. 6 & 7: Central Washington State Fair. Oct. 1: Jazzy Gem Leaders Conference call. Oct. 8: SMT (Second Monday Training conference call) Oct. 14-19: In Maui with my husband celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary!! WOO HOO!!! Oct. 29: Jazzy Gem Conference Call. Nov. 1-5: Denver, CO Holiday Gift Show. Nov. 5: Jazzy Gem Leader Call CANCELLED. This will give you an idea when I will be away. I know a lot of you would love for me to make a showroom run for you, but as you can see I am a bit busy and will be gone quite a bit as usual. I will try to let you know when I make my trips to the showroom�PLEASE don�t hesitate to email me asking if I can pick up for you, just know I may not be able to. If you would like for me to travel to your state to do a unit meeting or help motivate your unit�PLEASE ASK! |

Remember, Oct. is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so you�ll want to stock up! ARE WE EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW WATCH INCENTIVE??? How many of us will earn it???? We ALL STAND A CHANCE! How cool would it be if all of us showed up at convention wearing it next year??!! LET�S DO IT! KATHERINE CHRISMAN IS COMING TO TACOMA, WA!!! Saturday September 29th 12:00-3:00 What an awesome opportunity for our unit to meet the very first Cookie Lee consultant!! I unfortunately cannot attend since I will be working hard at the Central Washington State fair. LOVING THE NEW CLICK??!!! If you'd like some training on CLICK, there was a conference call training with Stacey Clark from Cookie Lee last Tues. (space was limited so only a couple of dozen consultants were able to participate) To listen to the training....call (641) 715-3400 and the access code is #139895. The recording will be available for roughly 30 days. This training will help you help your downline with CLICK. For those of you who signed up as a consultant before Jan. 1, 2007 and want to remain a consultant: Make sure you have made your minimum $300 purchases by close of Cookie Lee business December 21, 2007. If you purchase over the next few months you won�t have to make that big purchase all at once. Call or email me or your sponsor if you have any questions about this or need to know how much you have purchased this year. For those of you who are personal shoppers, you might want to host a show, find a friend to host a show, or have a catalog show of your own. Remember as always you can borrow my jewelry or the jewelry of your sponsor and if you need us to do the show for you we can certainly do it if time permits. |
