| CONFERENCE CALLS ARE AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR US TO STAY CONNECTED AND GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO QUALIFY FOR JANET'S JAZZY GEM LEADER CONFERENCE CALLS!! These calls are held once a month. We focus on how to become an effective leader and how to lead our team to success! To qualify, you must be a Unit Manager under the new career path. You just need 2 recruits to qualify as a UM1!! ~~~~~~~~~ SMT (Second Monday Training) This call is open to all consultants and potential consulants as well!! Each month we will have a different leader performing the training. The material used will be the same as the Second Saturday Training that is given in every showroom each month! |

| I can�t believe that we are well into October! Can it really be so??!! I hope this time of year is finding you all very very busy with tons of home shows, fundraisers, office shows, and events!!! This is the BEST selling time of the year and we need to be taking full advantage of it!
My Central Washington State Fair event is finally over! Man, that drive, long hours, and low sales was difficult to do, but also rewarding in many ways! I was able to visit with Janie Gutierrez, one of my ED1�s from that area and her beautiful girls! Now that Janie is an empty nester, she has added a baby to her family! A NEW PUPPY!! I saw a pic and what a cutie!! I�m so lucky that Janie was able to do a couple of days at the fair for me and her sister Cande was able to do a day for me too! Thank you Janie and Cande! I had the best opportunity to share the business with many people and some are still thinking about it. I think the highlight was meeting my newest recruit, Kriselda!! She is truly a GEM and fits in as Jazzy Gem all too well!! I can hardly wait for you all to meet her! |

| ARE YOU SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? DO YOU WANT TO GROW AS A LEADER? If you answer yes to these questions then it is imperative that you attend all of our conference calls! The more we stay connected the stronger we all become. You MOST DEFINITELY ROCK if you are a Jazzy Gem!!! **Please take a moment to mark on your calendars the dates and times of our conference calls.** 1st Monday of the month � Jazzy Gem Leader call (invitation only, UM1 and above) 2nd Monday of the month � SMT Each month will have a different trainer. Even if you have a chance to attend SST at a showroom it is SO important that you join us. This way you stay connected with our team and learn all of our ideas and tips as we brainstorm together! You can also share what you learned at the showroom SST! 3rd week of the month - I encourage you to hold your own meeting or share with another consultant. 4th Monday of the month - Janet�s Jazzy Gem team meeting. This meeting will consist of different learning tools other than the material that we receive for unit meetings. I am excited about this meeting! I want to cover all of your questions and concerns during this meeting. Some of the learning tools we will be covering include: � Learning the New Career Path. � Learning to Quick Start to Success. I encourage you to email me your continued questions and concerns, so that I know what is most important to train on. |
| I would like to share my up coming schedule of events with you. I usually have internet access, but while I�m away I am usually a busy bee, so returning your emails may take longer. JANET�S SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. Sept. 19-23: Orlando, FL Moving Jenn to the Happiest Place on Earth! Sept. 24: Portland Showroom run. Let me know if you need me to pick up for you. Sept. 26: Top Leadership Conf. Call. I should be sending out any important info from the meeting. Sept. 27-30/Oct. 6 & 7: Central Washington State Fair. Oct. 1: Jazzy Gem Leaders Conference call. Oct. 8: SMT (Second Monday Training conference call) Oct. 14-19: In Maui with my husband celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary!! WOO HOO!!! Oct. 29: Jazzy Gem Conference Call. Nov. 1-5: Denver, CO Holiday Gift Show. Nov. 5: Jazzy Gem Leader Call CANCELLED. This will give you an idea when I will be away. I know a lot of you would love for me to make a showroom run for you, but as you can see I am a bit busy and will be gone quite a bit as usual. I will try to let you know when I make my trips to the showroom�PLEASE don�t hesitate to email me asking if I can pick up for you, just know I may not be able to. If you would like for me to travel to your state to do a unit meeting or help motivate your unit�PLEASE ASK! |

| It�s SO AWESOME that Cookie Lee provides us with all of the tools to become successful at this business! I as your leader try my best to extend the training to all of you. With so many of you spread across the states and also those of you who are far from me within my own state, my conference calls are the closest way I can reach you and to stay connected with one another. I do NOT want to lose our connection that our unit is so well known for! I am finding however, that my conference calls are dwindling in attendance. Those of us who do attend TOTALLY get something out of them and LOVE the connection that we all share. I know the statistics; the people attending my calls are the consultants who are moving up the path to success!
So what is the answer? Do I continue to do the calls for just the few who want to build their business? Or do I eliminate them? My conference call for leaders is very well attended and I would love for ALL of you to be eligible to call in. I�m thinking with the SST available on the Cookie Lee site that I might get rid of our SMT. Speaking of SMT; tonight we had an awesome training led by Director, Rhonda Chuyka of WV! She led us in learning how to get bookings. We had an awesome interaction between the few of us on the call. There were a couple who called in a bit late, but I know the call made an impact on them in some way. Please remember just because you can�t call in right at the beginning doesn�t mean you can�t call in at all. You will always learn something even if you get the last half of the training! I want my time to be most productive for all, so please share your input on this subject� � Do we continue with conference calls? � What are your ideal times for calls? � What types of training do you want? � Do you want to continue with the SMT? |

For those of you who are personal shoppers, you might want to host a show, find a friend to host a show, or have a catalog show of your own. Remember as always you can borrow my jewelry or the jewelry of your sponsor and if you need us to do the show for you we can certainly do it if time permits. |

| On a Personal Note:
My husband and I will be headed to Maui, Sunday Oct. 14th to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! It will be a short trip, but SO worth it! Sorry, but I won�t be taking my laptop with me and I will NOT be returning emails or phone calls until I return. |
