A lot of us are new to this business and I think it�s so important to learn from our sponsor.  The person who sponsored you has gone through so many steps to get to where she is now.  You too will be successful because of the success of your sponsor.  Trust your sponsor for her experiences have taught her well.  Keep in mind though, that all of us are still learning.  Those of us who are on this path to success will never stop learning, because we want to continue to grow!  What makes this business so unique is the fact that we all can do this together and at our own pace.

It�s so important to take ownership of your business.
Remember this is
your business not anybody else�s.  Once you sign up as a consultant you are automatically considered an independent business owner of a direct sales company.  Learn the rules!  If you don�t know the rules, how can you mentor your unit effectively?  Continually read the information on the clee website so you are familiar on all policies and qualifications etc.  I know I send you all a lot of information in these newsletters, but please look for your answers here or on the clee site.  It�s your business and your responsibility to know these things.  Be proud of yourselves for learning the rules!  Cookie Lee provides us with all of the tools to run our business through our manual, free trainings, conventions, unit meetings, and the amazing amount of information provided for us on the clee website and the weekly updates!  Your sponsor is always there for you to help you along the way, but she isn�t there to carry you.  We all want our recruits to grow as we all have, so lets DO IT!  Let�s grow and follow that path to success together!

Within the last week I have shipped out 15 boxes (I still have 7 sitting here ready to go out tomorrow!) with a mix of tote bags, catalogs, jewelry, and newsletters.  Remember if you have a new sign-up or need jewelry quicker than going through online ordering, please let me know and order through Portland!

Those of you on the east side of the map know how expensive it is to have your catalogs shipped to you.  Here are some options�.

1. Track your Successorize points and make sure you collect enough to order
free catalogs with free shipping using your points!!
2. Share a catalog order with another consultant in your area.
3. Order through Portland.  I can pick up your order and ship to you using the flat rate boxes.  

1 box of catalogs can be shipped in 2 flat rate boxes.  $8.10 x 2 = $16.20!
   � With this there is room for a jewelry order too!
Or go for the better deal which is�

2 boxes of catalogs can be shipped in 3 flat rate boxes. $8.10 x 3 = $24.30!!

The Benefits of faxing or emailing your new sign-ups to Portland�

1. Your new sign-up will be posted to your unit report a LOT faster!  Sometimes the same day!
2. You will receive your order a LOT faster!!
3. Shipping cost is a LOT cheaper!!

I am willing to pick up your orders and ship them as time permits.  I only ask that you follow the rules as well as you can.  Please be respectful of the rules when it comes to placing pick up orders.  Portland Staff are so incredibly helpful and truly want to help me out, but I do not want to take advantage of them.  I plan on going to the showroom on Mondays and I will try to ship your orders on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.  This means�have your orders faxed, emailed, or phoned in to them by Sat.  There are times when something comes up when you need an order asap.  If the showroom is too busy to fill your order it might be best to give me your credit card authorization form, so that I can pull the order.  This of course is if I have the time.  As much as I want to help, there will be times when I will have to tell you that I just don�t have the time.  I�m sure all of you totally understand this.  My Husband works only 5 minutes from the showroom and can also pick up your orders.  The showroom is open later on Tues and Weds (9am-8pm).  They are more apt to have time to fill orders on those evenings and my hubby would be able to pick up orders then as well.  Please ALWAYS ask me first if I can pick up your order before you order through Irvine!  I truly feel this helps all of us to succeed!
