| CONFERENCE CALLS ARE AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR US TO STAY CONNECTED AND GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO QUALIFY FOR JANET'S JAZZY GEM LEADER CONFERENCE CALLS!! These calls are held once a month. We focus on how to become an effective leader and how to lead our team to success! To qualify, you must be a Unit Manager under the new career path. You just need 2 recruits to qualify as a UM1!! ~~~~~~~~~ SMT (Second Monday Training) This call is open to all consultants and potential consulants as well!! Each month we will have a different leader performing the training. The material used will be the same as the Second Saturday Training that is given in every showroom each month! |

| WOW I can�t even believe we are into March already!!! Where in the world did January and February go to?? What an exciting time receiving our first commission check under the new comp plan! The excitement builds each day as we work our business and strive for the highest outcome! I challenge all of you to learn the rules well so that you fully understand what you are working towards. The new career path is quite different than the old plan and it requires a lot of studying if you want to make it work for you. Here are some key things to study and remember: � Are you encouraging your team to be a Super Size Sample Club member? � Are you a Super Size Sample Club member? � Do you have the number of active legs that you need for the Badge Title you want? � Do you know what an active leg is? � Are you making sure that your personal wholesale volume (PWV) and your group wholesale volume (GWV) are where you need them to be? � Do you know what the volumes need to be for the Badge title you want? � Do you understand how AWESOME the WOW bonus is and how AWESOME the WOW Bonus Plus is? � Do you know what the WOW Bonus is and what percentage you earn? � Do you know what you need to become an ED1? � Do you want the $2000 ED1 Bonus??? (Um, DUH!!!) � Do you want to be driving your very own Mercedes Benz? � Do you know how to earn the Mercedes and what the qualifications are? | CONGRATULATIONS MICHELLE!! I would like to congratulate Michelle Stratton for being asked to act as the Local Leader at the Ohio NCT!! WOO HOO!!! What an honor! Those of us who know Michelle are very confident that she will totally ROCK at this role! Debbie Lesser has been a Local Leader in the GA area this past year! I know that she TOTALLY ROCKS at this as well! WOO HOO!! I have been an associate trainer for a year now and I totally love it! My goal is to be a National Trainer. I must meet the ED3 level in order to go through the training. My plan is to become an ED3 by convention so that I can take the training then. I hope I will continue to grow as a leader so that I can do my team proud. If you are interested in becoming a Local Leader or trainer let me know and I can forward you the qualification chart. |

The more we stay connected the stronger we all become. My vision for our team has always been to stay connected and strong! To have a team who always follows the golden rule and runs his/her business with integrity. My goal for Janet�s Jazzy Gems is to build strong leaders whose joy is helping others to find their own confidence to succeed! Lastly it is my intent to develop leaders, who take ownership in their own business, learn the rules, and who play the game to win while having FUN! **Please take a moment to mark on your calendars the dates and times of our conference calls.** 1st Monday of the month � Jazzy Gem Leader call (invitation only UM1 and above) 2nd Monday of the month � SMT Each month will have a different trainer. Even if you have a chance to attend SST at a showroom it is SO important that you join us. This way you stay connected with our team and learn all of our ideas and tips as we brainstorm together! You can also share what you learned at the showroom SST! 3rd week of the month I encourage you to hold your own meeting or share with another consultant. 4th Monday of the month, beginning in March; Janet�s Jazzy Gem team meeting. This meeting will consist of different learning tools other than the material that we receive for unit meetings. I am excited about this meeting! I want to cover all of your questions and concerns during this meeting. Some of the learning tools we will be covering include: � Learning the New Career Path. � Learning to Quick Start to Success.
