I am FINALLY home! After such a crazy June, I think my travels have slowed down just a bit. The Dream Getaway Trip to Turks and Caicos was such an amazing vacation! Club Med just for us Cookies! We were all like one big family vacationing together. I can�t even explain what a wonderful feeling that was. A resort filled with positive energetic people! My husband Ron was so impressed by the whole Cookie family and the realness that John has. The �all inclusive� was the only way to go! We never went without a tropical drink in hand as we relaxed in the warm waters of the Caribbean! I think y�all will be proud of me when I tell you that I made a lasting impression participating in the limbo contest. The training on the new comp plan was so overwhelming that Ron and I sat through it twice. All I can say is WOW! The sky is the limit gang! If you want to join me on this awesome road to success then please let me help you! I want you all right there with me! After coming home from such an amazing vacation I had only a week to make my promotion. I had so much support! Even Cyd the manager of the Portland showroom gave me a call asking if she could help out! I just kept hearing John�s voice in my head�I had quite a long heart to heart with John while on the trip. I explained to him how with the new comp plan it isn�t necessary that I make Exec. Director by the end of the month. But as I told him how I have encouraged all of you to work hard to accomplish your goals, I too wanted to lead by example. I knew that if I didn�t give it my best I would be letting you all down as well as myself. His words to me were this, �YOU�VE GOT TO GO FOR IT!� I kept hearing those words in my head up until the deadline! If you haven�t heard or realized by now, this means that I am your new Executive Director! The feeling is so amazing! I have been doing a lot of smiling this last week. I couldn�t have achieved such a goal without all of you! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! A very special thanks goes out to a couple of my newest recruits. First to Sue Marcus who is a Jazzercise instructor friend of mine who just wanted to help me get this promotion! For those of you who don�t know Sue yet, she is an amazing woman who is determined to achieve greatness! Second, my son Christopher who is my 50th recruit! It is such a wonderful feeling to have the love and support from my kids, and now with Chris signing up just to help his mom out touches me more than you can imagine. Plus I told him it will be a great way for him to meet some hot chicks. HAW! Everybody has worked so incredibly hard this last year, and now we all are reaping the benefits! Convention is going to be OUT OF THIS WORLD! |

| CONVENTION! ARE YOU REGISTERED? Are you earning your free registration? Check the clee site for details! If you haven�t registered for convention I suggest you DO IT NOW! Registration closes on July 15th! So many of you will be walking across stage receiving multiple awards! I am so dang proud of each and every one of you! Janet�s Jazzy Gems Totally ROCK! I just know I will be a blubbering idiot the whole convention! Please Place your Vote for Heart to Heart! Login to the clee site and click on the double hearts at the top. All consultants can have their vote be heard! I would like to ask a special favor. Looking at all of the past winners of the Heart to Heart award, I fully believe that Erin Wilson should be amongst them! I feel that she has shown our unit so much support and one on one mentoring that the rest of Cookie-land needs to know about it! If we all cast a vote for Erin maybe she will have a chance at winning! I understand some of you don't really know Erin and haven't experienced her as of yet and so I would like to encourage you to maybe vote for your own sponsor. Remember, you do not have to be registered for convention to vote nor does the person you are voting for. Another fun piece of information� Erin will be speaking at convention and she had nominated her daughter Lauren and myself to introduce her on our trip. We were filmed on the white powdered sands and it will be played at convention on the big screens! Of course I came up with a little �skit� type thing. I hope it turns out! Lauren and I had a blast doing it and Mike the photographer just loved filming us. Thursday night of convention Executive Directors Erin Wilson, Tammy Lowder, Jenny Sprenger, and I will be hosting a pizza party for our entire unit in our suites. This is open to Erin�s entire unit! You girls need to realize the royalty you belong to, it�s absolutely amazing! What to wear to Convention The current July issue of the Cookie Connection gives ideas of what to pack for convention. You will want business casual for most events and something dressy for awards! Make sure and bring a sweater or light jacket since the air condition is usually on in the convention center. As time gets closer I will compile a list of "what to bring" from some of the leaders in our group. |

| Fall/Winter 2006 Catalog! The new catalog will be out with in a month! This means that it�s so important to keep that master catalog up to date! Sell what you HAVE NOT WHAT YOU DON�T HAVE! There are so many items still available, so let�s focus on that as we wind down this season�s catalog. Cookie says that this next catalog is the best yet! I totally trust what she says since I have witnessed her amazing talent! |
| Who's joining me on the DGT 2007? If you want to be on that DGT with me next year, now is the time to focus on earning it! We are coming into the home stretch for earning it and now is the time to really focus on how many points you need! Remember DOUBLE POINTS FOR JULY! Use it to your advantage! Please learn the rules! You cannot play any game well if you don�t know the rules, LETS PLAY THE GAME TO WIN! I have earned my trip and have the rest of the year to earn Ron�s trip. Remember, once you have earned one trip you can earn a guest�s trip as well. If you don�t earn all of your guest�s then it is prorated and you pay the remaining balance. Because our all inclusive land only trip was AMAZING�.John and Cookie have decided to add another land only trip to next year�s DGT!! They will be announcing the destination at convention. I am under the understanding that this land only trip will be for adults only. For those who are planning on earning trips for themselves and their children then they will be going on the cruise. No matter what, we all have to decide on the same trip because I want you all with me! WOO HOO! My dream will once again become a reality! Having the chance to be on that DGT with my team! How incredibly rewarding that will be! |
