| CONFERENCE CALLS ARE AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR US TO STAY CONNECTED AND GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO QUALIFY FOR JANET'S JAZZY GEM LEADER CONFERENCE CALLS!! These calls are held once a month. We focus on how to become an effective leader and how to lead our team to success! To qualify, you must be a Unit Manager under the new career path. You just need 2 recruits to qualify as a UM1!! ~~~~~~~~~ SMT (Second Monday Training) This call is open to all consultants and potential consulants as well!! Each month we will have a different leader performing the training. The material used will be the same as the Second Saturday Training that is given in every showroom each month! |

| Here I sit on the airplane headed to sunny CA!! Long Beach is my destination to attend the last Executive Director meeting of the year! I decided to treat myself since this will be the only chance to be amongst those of us who have achieved Executive Director under the current plan. My excitement for this business and this awesome company grows with each day. Just to think that a couple of months ago finances were unbearably tight. Now in just a very short time I am able to pay bills and afford things I hadn�t before. My husband and I just bought a car yesterday! YAY I get to trash the ghetto van! The van sputtered it�s last fumes as I sat in the middle of the road helpless. Now with my Cookie Lee income we are able to not only make a down payment, but have a monthly payment that is so minimal considering my current income with clee!! All I can say is, the dream IS REAL! If you don�t dream BIG you won�t get BIG results! We are so fortunate to be associated with a company who cares for us and is willing to do whatever it takes to make things better for us. As we move into the end of this catalog I am so amazed at how many items are still available and that clee continues to produce all of the items for us! Most companies would try to downsize and sell out in time for the new catalog items to arrive. Not only that, the turn around on backordered items has been so awesome! Make sure you all keep your backorder/sold out list up to date! The web site keeps us totally up to date with all of that info and it�s our responsibility to take ownership of our own business. Make sure you sell what you HAVE and NOT what you DON�T have. If somebody is just dying to have an item that is on back order make sure you let them know when it is projected to arrive and calculate extra shipping time as well. We are so fortunate that when ordering online we are told right away when an item is on backorder or no longer available�and we have the choice to pay for it or not. AWESOME! I remember the days when we didn�t know until we received our package. Things have surely advanced! Also remember that if you do not live near a showroom and depend on shipping for your jewelry inventory�PAY THE 2/3 DAY AIR and make sure you order before 2pm! Having inventory to a lot of us is our livelyhood and we depend on having it, so invest in your business and just pay the 2/3 day air. If you are serious about building your business, then you will do what it takes to make it all work. |

All phone, web and fax orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, December 22, 2006. Pick-up orders must be placed and paid for by 8:00 p.m. local time (5:00 p.m. for Riverside) on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. Showroom purchases must be made by 5:00 p.m. local time on December 22, 2006. PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!!!!! |
| Just between you and me... There are so many new things coming our way! You will get the scoop once you read your December Cookie Connection and as always, by reading the weekly updates on the Cookie Lee site! PLEASE take the time!!! I'm not going to list them here since ALL of the info will be available to you. My newsletter is intended to keep us connected and to share all of our accomplishments. As we move into the New Year we will begin a new career path! This new plan assures us that if we work our business deep and wide we will succeed! We have the opportunity to make a LOT of money and become financially stable! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! As we transition into the new career path we have to plan our December wisely. For those of you who are not a Unit Manager and above you might not understand the importance of this month. | PRODUCT LAUNCH!! January 12th & 13th will be our very 1st Annual Product Launch, Nation Wide! This is the first year that the catalog will debut without a convention. Please take the time to register for either a Road Show or plan on attending a local Product Launch hosted by the leaders in your unit. If you live in Washington or Oregon Please try to attend either Erin's or my Product Launch. If you do, PLEASE REGISTER NOW FOR YOUR SHOPPING TIME AT THE SHOWROOM!!! Check the Cookie Lee web site for info on this. JANET AND CHRISTINE WILL HOST A PRODUCT LAUNCH IN MASSECHUSETS! I have decided to support my east coast team! I will be flying into Balt. Jan 17th and then Christine and I will travel to the Boston area! If you live in the area please plan on attending! All of the product launches will be like a mini convention!! Plan on inviting as many people as you can! Look for more info arriving in your email inbox very soon!! *Secret* Cookie showed us a page out of the NEW S/S 07 CATALOG!!! The new catalogs will be larger in size 10 7/8" x 6"!! Even though they will be larger the cost will remain the same! WOO HOO!! THANK YOU COOKIE!!
