Sharon Richardson

Sharon Richardson has been part of the Jazz Moves family for the past three years. She hails from California (it must've been our fabulous weather that lured her here). This dancer/choreographer/singer-songwriter/actress regularly contributes choreography for the annual Dance Motif concert in addition to regular choreography for a number of studios and dance companies. She is also a bandleader and vocalist with her newly formed jazz (music) trio which debuted at Four Rooms in Spring 2002. As if she wasn't busy enough, Sharon is also very involved in the community theatre scene recently acting in "Rocky Horror Show" (Walterdale) and "Secret Garden" (ELOPE). When not on stage, you can find Sharon teaching jazz, hip hop and musical theatre at several studios in the city as well as running a marketing consulting business to the financial service industry.
