| To prove pre-meditation and motive for Jason and Damien's trial, the state used Dr. Dale Griffis, a "cult-cop". He testified that the scene of the crime "bore the trappings of occultism" for several reasons: ~The murders were carried out on a date close to a Pagan holiday and on a full moon. (There is a holiday on May 1, but it is celebrated only on the 1st and the night before, not four days later. Satanists do not hold rituals on a full or new moon.) ~Young children were sought for sacrifices because of their stronger life force. ~The number of victims reflected the number 3 in occultism. (This number has no significance in any Pagan religion. It more applies to Christianity.) ~The age of the victims reflected the number 8 as a witch's number. (Also has no significance in Pagan religions.) ~Sacrifices were generally held near the water, to either wash blood away, or for a type of baptism. (Baptism is a Christian ritual. It is not shared with Pagans, and certainly not performed by Satanists.) ~The victims were tied ankle to wrist, which exposed the genitalia. ~Testicles are removed in Satanic rituals for the semen. (Shows lackj of biological knowledge. Semen is not stored in the testicles and is not produced until adolescence.) ~Cult members often store blood, which explains the lack of blood at the crime scene. (Has never been verified.) ~The "overkill" and mulitiple cuts reflect occult overtones. ~Most of the injuries were on the left side of the body. The right side is related to Christianity. The left is Satanism. ~The cleared area could prove it to be a ceremony. (If it were a Satanic ritual, there were be other evidence of a ritual, such as an altar, or candle wax.) |
