| Week One DATE: 26 AUGUST 2003 WEIGHT : 88.1 KG GOAL WEIGHT : 60KG WEIGH IN DAY: MONDAY Hi this my first week! I am doing this programme on my own! More of at Home Programme! Any way so far so good! Had to make alot of changers in what i was to eat and where I went out for dinners! But with this weight watchers plan everything seemed to fit into place! I didnt know what should start of with first but I did get around to it! I love the fact that you can eat what ever you like to eat its great! I can still have Wendys, KFC, sushi but will no longer eat Mc Donalds (just found out how much FAT they have)! But besides that everything great! I started off with 88.1kg and wasnt very happy with that! Started exercising and eating SALAD'S! Salads is usally not my thing but tuna salad is great! Didnt think salads would make me full, that was what i was scared of,(not being full on the foods I ate)! But so far so good! |
