Jay Rakes is by far one of Tidewaters foremost guitar players. He is a Hampton Virginia native and lives in Norfolk now. He teaches Guitar at Alpha Music and has his own band, The Jay Rakes Band. They have opened for several national acts and continue to be one of Tidewaters Premier Bands. |
