THE RIVER POEM
THE RIVER POEM

When I hear the river run,
Flowing with direction.
It tends to compliment the sun,
I use the river as my only protection
So the very next time we meet,
Think of this tranquil river.
I'll be thinking of somethin' sweet.
As the sunlight is disappearing, we're starting to shiver.
Having each other here will bring back the heat.
