I got a lot of inspiration, info, and pictures for "For My Darling...Fushigi Yuugi" from other websites, but have tried to keep the page as original as possible. The pages I really enjoyed and remember are on my links page or else on my images pages. However, I'm sure I've forgotten the location of some images and what not, especially since I've edited several images for use on my pages. If you see anything from your page on mine and I haven't mentioned you anywhere, please lemme know and I will be certain to credit you or remove anything if that's what you desire!
Now, as for the stuff you find on my own humble site, my policy of use is as follows:
The images on my main Fushigi Yuugi image gallery are public domain unless otherwise noted (I may be mistaken, so check with other webmasters to be sure). The exceptions are *all* the images I made and/or altered for the introduction page of the image gallery. I spent sooo much time putting frames on all those pictures and making those logos and buttons....please don't take them. I provided links to the sites from which I stole the pictures as both a courtesy to the web maintainers of those sites and to provide visitors to my page with other sites where they can find more great FY pictures. Some of these web maintainers requested a link back in return for using their pictures, others did not. It's best to check with them before using their stuff anyway.
The SD gallery, you may have noticed, consists mainly of screenshots. Most of these came from the Mama of all FY galleries, and are used without the website maintainer's permission (but heaps of credit are directed towards him). If you're going to use his screencaps, I'd credit the guy if I were you. All the other pictures and screenshots, however, are used with express permission, so be sure to check with the scanner/screenshot capturer if you wish to use them.
All of the images I specially altered for my Nuriko Shrine (the transparent .gifs and the purple theme stuff) -- please don't use them on your site. I took a long time to make them (especially the background border image and the transparent and animated .gifs) just so that my shrine would look different and original. The transparent .gifs, actually, if you ask permission I will most likely let you use them and only ask for a teeny credit and a link back to my site if you do. See, I'm nice! ^_^
Um...I don't see why you'd want to use the screenshots I altered for my story

Oh! But the actual story summary -- please, please don't take it. I'm
beggin here. My entire summer of '98 pretty much went to scribbling the plot
synopsis down and HTML-izing it. Link to it if you like it and find it
valuable, but...
If I see my summary used without credit on anyone's webpage out there,
there isn't much I can do about it. But I'll probably cry and feel really
bad, and you wouldn't want that, would you?
As for my character sketches, I think we can all agree that character sketches are more interesting when the author puts their own opinions and thoughts in there (I'm guilty of neglecting that in some cases, certainly, but I am working on it!). That's why I didn't have character sketches up for such a long time -- I couldn't think of anything to say ^_^. So beyond the basic vital stats, it's really best if you come up with your own inventive blurbs rather than taking others'.
Sailor Xanadu and her likeness are mine, sorry. Sailor Neptune belongs to Naoko Takeuchi and I only altered her image to look more like me. But I created Sailor Xanadu and linked that likeness to her, so please don't use her unless you check with me first.
God, this is making me sound so stingy! I'm not!
