1. This is a tie between JC and Lance. For a long time it was just Lance, but then I started noticing how cute JC is when he grins and I just FELL. Plus he makes my (his?) Lancey happy and that means points for him!
2. Chris. Because he seems like the wittiest of the five. He doesn't get weird during interviews. He doesn't trail off and leave the rest of the sentence to the audience's imagination (like JC!). He doesn't lie about things that aren't actually going to happen (did someone say Lance?). He doesn't act TOO charming and hog the spotlight (Justin) and...well, Joey doesn't do anything bad but I'll explain why he's not 2nd LATER.
3. Justin. I know, I know. All the little girls love him, but you have to admit the man is hot. What I love best about him is his dancing. You can see he was born to do it. His singing voice will never be as smooth as JC's or as pure as Lance's. But he has the charisma and that's what makes me love him. Plus he owns the same beanie that I refuse to take off of my head 24/7.
4. Joey. Joey, Joey, Joey. He would have been 2nd--he's funny, he's reasonably cute, very down-to-earth, nice to the fans AND a triple-threat (he can sing, he can act, he can dance!). BUT (and this is a very big BUT) he seems to be moving in on JC these days and that is just NOT acceptable. I know, I'm a weird, twisted, paranoid freak but his flirty-flirty ways are getting on my nerves. It's okay, though. In MY world, as long as you're in *Nsync you've made it to the list of my top ten favorite people (both famous and non-).
1. JC/Lance. Ya think!? If there ever were two people more perfect for each other in the history of the world you can shoot me now.
2. Timbertrick. Anything with Justin used to weird me out (he's too much of a golden god to be gay!) but ever since I read Gretchen's "College Life", I've loved the Chris/Justin thing. That story eased me into it since it had JayLa in it, too. Plus they seem to have real chemistry in real life so it's very believable when well-written.
3. Hmm...tough one. I'd have to say Joey/Chris. They just seem to fit.
4. No! No! No! Mustn't say it! Must...not...SAY IT!! Okay, okay, ON OCCASION, I do read...JoLa. I know, it's against ALL sorts of Conspiracy House rules but it's just...they're both so CUDDLY! Joey and Lance have more chemistry than JC and Joey, that's for damn sure.
5. Ah, who could forget? Lamb Love. This doesn't upset me as much as JoLa, though. Just cuz Lance and Justin have no real chemistry in real life. It's just fun to read sometimes.
**I don't like anything with JC and ANYONE who's not Lance, if you noticed. That's cuz he's just so flaming you can picture him with anyone if you try hard enough. And I really don't like that.

1. It's hard to choose, it really is. But this wins over all of them. Anyone heard "If I'm Not the One"? I think it was a bonus track on their European release. "I'm staring at your picture every night, the scent of you still lingers in my mind..." Damn, I love that line. I even based one of my shorts on it. It's called The Scent of You. Go check it out!
2. "This I Promise You." Not just for that luscious look between mah boys in the video, but because it's probably the song I've listened to the most times in my entire life. No, I'm serious. I've listened to it at least three times a day every day for almost a year now. Haha. Craaaazy.
3. "I Drive Myself Crazy (Thinking of You)." THIS is what made me love them. I remember the exact moment I became a fan. I was sitting on the couch in a hotel room in New York City and this video came on MTV. I remember thinking "Who's the hot boy with the steel blue eyes wearing those burgundy silk pajamas (JC!)?" Then I listened to the song and I just LOVED it. And then...*Nsync took over my life. Hahaha.
4. "That Girl (Will Never Be Mine)." Honestly, I loved this song the first time I heard it. Everything about it is just so...magical. Hwahaha. AND it's on the "On the Line" soundtrack, woo!
5. "The Two of Us." Because it's the first song I heard off Celebrity (snitched it off the internet) and I couldn't get it out of my head. Plus JC wrote it and we ALL know it's for Lance. Those random "girl" phrases are just to throw us off. Pshaw.
1. 2000 VMAs. Now, most JC fans would die before choosing this appearance as their favorite, simply because he was sporting that hideously, unbelievably, horrendously ugly coat which would look better on the floor of some champion hunter's lodge. But I, personally, loved the appearance BECAUSE of that coat. It just served to prove my point that JC was, and still is, a flaming-hot gayboy. Oh, and Lance was wearing this...denim SUIT thing with flames shooting up all over it. Think he's trying to tell us something?

2. 2000 Billboard Awards. This show contains footage of one of the most squeal-inducing incidents of slash action in all of JayLa history. It comes at the very end when all the guys are standing around the podium with Kathy Griffin (who I like, mind you, in spite of the fact that she sucked face with Lancey once upon an awards show). Anyway, JC and Chris are looking all beat-up because they supposedly fought over Kathy. So the rest of *Nsync is there, and JC's standing next to Lance, and Lance suddenly turns to look at him and WIPES HIS CHIN gently with his thumb. Words can't express...I just about fainted when I saw that. They're in LUUUUV.
3. Their Second (??) Jay Leno Appearance. When they sang "This I Promise You." Aside from that, I liked this because JC and Lance sat next to each other the entire time. JC was horribly quiet but he was constantly giving Lance these sideways glances. Oh, and when they got to discussing JC's underwear preference, Lance rubbed his hands together like some hungry wildbeast. Yikes.
4. Larry King Live. Now, even though the interview was way too short, and we really didn't NEED to see Justin proclaiming his undying love for that Britney skank (followed by a really quiet "Uhm, she's GREAT" from JC about Bobbee)...JC was practically sitting on Lance's lap the entire time. And that, as we all know, is a good thing.
5. Live! From Madison Square Garden Concert. I actually have this on Video CD. This was chock-full of JayLa action. Need I say more?
1. Their voices blend so well...I've never heard a better five-part harmony. The best thing is that only Justin and JC really have similar ranges (tenor). The others all have their own parts to play, which they do admirably.
2. How they're just a group of kids who wanted to start a pop group. How cute is that? "Hey man, let's go start a pop group!" "Yeah dude, let's call ourselves *Nsync cuz we are so In Sync!" "Alright!"
3. If you watch ancient videos of them (you know, when JC had the caesar haircut and Lance looked like a butch lesbian) you can see that they were ALREADY close. I mean, they hadn't been touched by fame yet and they were already as solid as brothers. Can you just imagine how close they are now that they've gone through so much together? It's beautiful.
4. How they're still a bunch of dorks from various parts of the country who just wanted to SING. You know, no matter how famous they get they will still have their idiotic moments. Personal favorite? When Justin fell off the horse during the shoot for "For the Girl Who Has Everything." Only because he's such a smoooth brutha most of the time.
5. Hmm...how they all know that they can't keep on doing this forever but they're enjoying it SO much while it lasts. They live in the moment! And that's really cool.
